How this portal handles your information.

Who runs it. This is a private client portal operated by Masterpiece Media, Boston, MA (masterpiecemedia.net, 617-699-5824). Accounts are created by our team — there is no public sign-up.

What we collect. Your name, username, optional email, the business names we set up for you, the photos your team uploads and the descriptions you write. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. We never collect payment details.

How it is used. Only so the Masterpiece Media team can place your photos on the website and online listings we manage for you. Photos are visible to your own team and to Masterpiece Media staff. They are never sold or shared with third parties.

Deleting. Deleted photos go to a recoverable Trash so nothing is lost by accident; our team removes them permanently after checking. Ask us any time to delete your account and its contents.
